Standard Repair Service

Our Michigan Service Center services most analog-based (tape) and digital dictation and transcription equipment.

Service rates are a flat rate of $60.00 plus parts and return shipping. An estimate will be quoted and when repair is authorized; your pre-paid $30.00 bench fee will be applied to the repair. We honor the work we perform with a 30-day warranty. If the repair estimate is rejected, the pre-paid bench fee will be forfeited and the product will be disposed of. If the customer wants the defective product returned, they will be required to pay for return freight, insurance and handling.

After payment of the bench fee is received, we will email a work order form to fill out and send in with the repair. Each unit sent in for service will require a separate work order and a bench fee.

System Repair Service

Our Florida Service Center services most system-based dictation and transcription equipment. These include Voice Solutions systems, Sony and Lanier court systems and digital dictation/transcription telephone-based stations like Dictaphone C-phone and DAC stations.

Service rates are $60.00/hr. plus parts and return shipping. An estimate will be quoted and when repair is authorized; your pre-paid $50.00 bench fee will be applied to the repair. We honor the work we perform with a 30-day warranty. If the repair estimate is rejected, the pre-paid bench fee will be forfeited and the product will be disposed of. Remote Support


To minimize costs and support wait times, DictationWarehouse.com now offers remote support. In a remote-support session, you will be asked to download software which will allow our technician to temporarily take control of your system.
