Goods can be returned to DictationWarehouse.com only with a return material authorization (RMA) number. To qualify for an RMA number, all merchandise must be in new condition, in original boxes, and with all hardware and packing material. Missing materials and parts are subject to replacement cost of the item(s). A minimum of $5.00 will be charged for these item(s).
