You can dictate using virtually any touchtone telephone, from in your office or on the go in your car with a cell phone. Control your dictation via stop, start, rewind and more with thouchtone controls. The moment you hang up or disconnect, your recordings are ready for transcription. This can be preformed directly from the unit with the supplied foot control or can be automatically downloaded to your transcriptionist’s computer, an FTP server or an e-mail account. Downloading allows for central file storage which increases security, ensuring that no files are lost, damaged or accessed by unauthorized persons.
