Voice Solutions VS-200 Call-in System

Experience the convenience of call-in dictation without the cost of a server!

The VS Recorder is the solution for those who desire to dictate from their cellphone, home, or simply from a digital station, but do not wish to buy a Voice Solutions server.

How does it work? Up to four lines run to an external telephony card. These can be telephone or DID lines, as well as direct-wired digital stations. The telephony card connects via USB to the user's PC and, using the VS Recorder software interface, saves dictation to the hard drive. The dictation can then either remain on the local PC or be sent across a the local network for transcription.

iChannel Suite is the perfect transcription solution. However, the dictation can be sent as standard wave (.wav) files to ensure compatibility with several other third-party transcription applications.

The very simple and user-friendly interface provides access to dozens of features. Some of these are: create and modify author profiles; monitor user activity on all telephony ports; view all current dictation available; and use up to 9 different keymaps. You can dictate using virtually any touch-tone telephone, from in your office or on the go--for example, in your car with a cell phone. Control your dictation via stop, start, rewind and more with touch-tone controls. The moment you hang up or disconnect, your recordings are ready for transcription. This can be performed directly from the unit with the supplied foot control or can be automatically downloaded to your transcriptionist’s computer, an FTP server or an e-mail account. Downloading allows for central file storage which increases security, ensuring that no files are lost, damaged or accessed by unauthorized persons. DigiTel Single-Line Call-in System

DIGITAL single-line call-in system is a great starter system for smaller needs. Provides one phone line access to begin with, but can be easily upgraded, when needed, for two phone lines with a 2-line license upgrade available at an additional cost.

Easy set up and use: just install its software and connect it to your PC's USB port and your phone lines. Then you're ready to enroll users, set their preferences, and view system activity.
