DigiTel Call-in System



 


DIGITAL call-in system can handle up to 4 telephone calls simultaneously. Our single-line call-in system is a great starter system for smaller needs. Provides one-phone-line access to begin with, but can be easily upgraded, when needed, to two phone lines with a 2-line license upgrade available at an additional cost.

Easy set up and use: just install its software and connect it to your PC's USB port and your phone lines. Then you're ready to enroll users, set their preferences, and view system activity. And its friendly prompts help each user get their work done with ease. Basic setup normally takes 5 minutes. Works with Windows 2000, XP and Vista 32-bit.

Dictate by simply dialing a phone number, enter a PIN and talk! Your DigiTel is always ready for your call. With the ease of touch-tone control, you can start or pause your dictation, listen to it, or send it off for immediate transcription.

PIN access ensures only authorized users dictate into your DigiTel, and each user's dictations are recorded directly onto your PC so they're instantly available to your transcriptionist. Each dictation file is labeled with the author's name, date and time of dictation, and the reference number that the user entered, which ensures clear identification of each dictation.

Dictation files use standard wav or vox encoding, so your transcriptionist or secretary can use their favorite audio player to play the files. The dictation can then either remain on the local PC or be sent across a local network for transcription or to an FTP site with the included FTP-Magic software.

This low-cost solution is great for transcription companies, law offices, medical offices or any other business!
