How to find the right cushion to fit your headset

You may not see your headset listed in the description of any of our replacement cushions, because many manufacturers do not provide specifications as to speaker-size measurements.

However, if you measure your headset, you'll be able to find which standard cushions may be appropriate for your application.

On phone headsets or over-the-head headsets, to get the proper measurement for the ear cushion, please remove the old ear cushion and measure the diameter of the actual speaker. The measurements listed on our website are internal (for the inside of the cushion), so you must use the speaker measurement.

Most of our cushions are round; if your cushion is oblong, you may have to use a cushion originally designed for a round speaker. That's OK; most will stretch to accommodate an oblong speaker.

Select the speaker's mesurements from the dropdowns presented below, and we will determine which headset cushions are appropriate for your application.
