Dictation Warehouse is a dba of Voice Solutions of Ohio, LLC. Our corporate headquarters are in Central Ohio. Established in 2001, we offer online sales, remote support and depot service through or website.

Our staff offers you over 30 years of experience in the speech-processing and digital-dictation industries. We know which products will perform well and which products will serve your needs for years to come. 

In order to provide you with a large in-stock inventory, orders are processed and shipped from our Ohio warehouse or one of fourteen other warehouses located throughout the United States and Canada. Most orders are shipped the same day if placed by 2:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) or the next working day otherwise, and standard delivery to your door is usually within 2 days from date of order.

Our pull down shipping rates takes the hassle out of estimating shipping cost and USA standard shipping is always free on orders of $75.00 or more.

The website's sales are mainly focused on sales to the United States. We can also sell some products to Canada and other countries and our cart is setup to process your order. 

Professional products from Olympus and Philips can not be sold outside the USA. This is due to our contract with these manufactures; they want you to purchase within your country so you can have local support and warranty coverage.

Our Service Center repairs most analog-based (tape) and digital dictation and transcription equipment.

We also offer a multi-tiered menu of e-services that covers IT discovery, Remote Installations, Enterprise Voice & Speech Integration, Training and Post-implementation Sales to ensure you have the best possible experience, and to deliver an immediate return on your investment.

An Authorized Dealer is a business partner that has entered into a contractual relationship with manufacture to sell hardware and/or software products. To be an Authorized Dealer the business partner must maintain knowledge of the products through factory training sessions. Offer both repair and technical support and agree to sell the products only to the approved locations and end users outlined in the partner agreement.
